How do I request a refund?

If you change your mind:
We may require payment of handling fees of up to thirty percent (30%) of the value of the cancelled goods, with a minimum charge of one hundred and fifty ($150.00) dollars whichever is the greater.
If the goods are faulty:
Customers must inspect the goods on delivery and must within seven (7) days of delivery notify us by email of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description or quote. Customers must notify any other alleged defect in the goods as soon as reasonably possible after any such defect becomes evident. Upon such notification, the customer must allow us to inspect the goods.
If you fail to advise us within 7 days of delivery, it is deemed that the customer has accepted the goods as not faulty and in accord with their order.
Returns will only be accepted if:
We agree that the goods are defective
The goods are returned at a reasonable time
The goods are returned in a close condition to which they were delivered as possible.
We will not be liable for any damage as a result of:
The customer failing to properly maintain/store any goods
The customer using the goods for any purpose other than that for which they were designed
The customer continuing the use of any Goods after any defect became apparent or should have become apparent to a reasonably prudent operator or user
The customer failing to follow any instructions or guidelines provided by the Company (including Guides, Installation Information, and Care Instructions)
Fair wear and tear, any accident, or act of God
If your refund is successful, we will process it as soon as possible.
